Projecting urbanism and developing
Since 2012, the company has been designing buildings for business, residential, catering and social purposes, and has been engaged in the creation of interior designs, as well as the creation of urban development plans.
We have experience in carrying out construction projects from the selection of the location through the analysis of the possibilities and profitability of the project, the creation of spatial planning documentation, project documentation, obtaining permits, managing the project from contracting with contractors to the final construction and implementation of the purpose. With such an approach, we enable the investor to realize the completeness of the desired intervention.
Building ecological and sustainable houses
Since 2016, we have been developing ecological and sustainable houses that are statically safe, with a maximally pleasant internal microclimate, while saving water, producing electricity, to the extent of self-sufficiency, at a fair price. Gathering information through previous projects over the past 20 years on conventional projects, of a wide range of interests, we have come to know how to approach construction in a new ecological way, some would say, a green way.
In the course of 2023, we will finish the ecological house in Petrinja and start two new ones in Zagreb County.
A project of an ecological residential building with several apartments is also being prepared.
The materials we use are wood, lime, plaster and straw. Along with clay, these are the most suitable materials for the human body.
